Refund Policy

At Thrive Resource Centre, we strive to provide exceptional educational resources and services to our valued users. We want you to have a positive experience with our products. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which a refund can be issued.

 

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

Refunds will be considered for purchases made directly through Thrive Resource Centre's official website or authorized sales channels only. Refunds will be applicable within 30 days of the original purchase date.

 

2. VALID REASONS FOR REFUND

 Refunds will be granted under the following circumstances:

a.    Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally made multiple purchases of the same course, you may request a refund for the additional purchase(s).

b.   Unintentional purchase: If you can demonstrate that the purchase was made unintentionally or without your consent, a refund may be issued within 24 (twenty-four) hours.

c.    Technical issues: In the event of technical issues or difficulties that prevent access to the purchased course, and after reasonable attempts to resolve the problem, a refund may be considered.

 

3. NON-ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

 The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

a.    Change of mind: Refunds will not be provided for purchases made due to a change of mind or if you no longer require registering for a Course.

b.   Failure to read product/service description: Refunds will not be granted if the course purchased meets its stated description, but the learner failed to read or understand the details before making the purchase.

c.    Limited access to resources: Some of our products may provide limited access to resources for free. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made for items available for free.

d.   Completed courses or services: Refunds will not be granted for products or services that have been fully accessed, used, or completed by the customer.

 

4. REFUND PROCESS

 To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

a.    Send an email to us at Hello@ThriveResourceCentre.com  with the subject line "Refund Request."

b.   Include the order number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting evidence or details.

c.    We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

 

5. REFUND AMOUNT

If the refund request is approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on the payment method and financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in the user's account.

 

6. COURSE COMPLETION AND REFUNDS

For courses with a duration of more than 30 days, refund requests will not be processed after 10% (ten percent) of the course content has been accessed.

 

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE REFUND POLICY

Thrive Resource Centre reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will apply to all eligible purchases made after the date of the policy update.
