Akin Olawale Oluwadayisi is a researcher, Consultant, Arbitrator and Notary Public. He is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State where he teaches Public International Law, Constitutional Law and Company Law. He holds LL.B (Hons) in Law with Second Class Upper Division from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Ondo State and a Second Class Upper Division from the Nigerian Law School and was admitted to practice law in Nigeria in 2009.
He equally holds LL.M degree and a Ph.D. (Law) from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. He founded Benakol Legal Consulting, a Law Firm dedicated to legal research, training and consultancy.
He has published articles on contemporary legal issues in both local and international journals and delivered papers at International conferences. He is the editor of essays titled Electoral Law Reforms and Constitutionalism in Nigeria, co-editor of essays titled Contemporary Issues on Labour Law, Employment and National Industrial Court Practice and Procedures.
He also authored the precedent books titled Sample Drafts for Lawyers. He was an Adjunct Assessor and External Examiner at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja. He lectured at Pan-African Institute of Paralegal Studies, Abuja. He is a fellow of the Centre for Comparative Law in Africa, University of Cape Town, South Africa, fellow of the Institute of Policy Management and Development (Nigeria), member of Nigerian Association of Law Teachers, Nigerian Bar Association, International Association of Legal Ethics and other Professional Bodies.
